Is it possible to derotate my nose or take out rib cartilage graft? (Photos)

I had rib cartilage graft rhinoplasty for 2 months now and i hate how my nose is lifted and rotated up. My nose fit my face. Can rib cartilage be remove and restore something similar to my old nose? I photoshopped 2 pictures above to show my expectation?is it realistic? Can it be achieve. I feel really hopeless right now. I have been very depressed, thank you so much for your help!! Please, please give me some advice too.
