Dear tienphan, I certainly see your concerns with your current results and clearly your before photograph matched your facial aesthetics much better then the current augmentation. This is a good example why imaging prior to surgery is very important so the patient can see the proposed results prior to surgery. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon or request a copy of your operative report for secondary opinions regarding the removal of the grafts and revision surgery.
