I have a medical grade red light therapy box at home, and I am scheduled for an Obagi Blue Peel procedure soon to address scars and skin damage. How soon after my peel procedure is it safe to start using red light therapy?

Hello, each person varies depending on how fast they heal. It is best to wait at least 3 weeks after a blue peel before using red light therapy. I suggest speaking with the doctor/person that is doing your light therapy to make sure your skin is healed enough before proceeding with the light therapy.
