How much would it cost without insurance to have a belly piercing hole removed? (Photo)

I have both the top and bottom pierced but the bottom has a dark hole and looks very ugly. I would rather have a small scar from it being closed then look at the hole.

Thank you for your question.  Unfortunately its not likely to close however it is an easy operation to rectify under a local anaesthetic and does tend to heal very well.  All The Best
