What's the best way to disguise my broad shoulders?

Dear baby,  You are absolutely correct. Since our body is three dimensional, having your breasts augmented , will create the visual impression of less width to the shoulders.   To illustrate it better, I'll give you an example from the facial features proportionality. When the chin is small and weak in profile, it create the impression of larger nose. By performing chin augmentation by implants or other methods, the nose appears smaller, more proportionate, more harmonious and more attractive.   I hope this helps.  You have to realize , though, that not all results are the same , because experience, skills and aesthetic eye are critical for good outcome. If by broad you mean wide upper body with small breasts, then implants can restore some balance with your proportions.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.
