Today I am 4 months post op from tt and lipo. I have gain 10 pounds since my surgery. Is this normal? Will this go down? I am still swollen and tender. I started exercising at 12 weeks post op (tt recovery prevented me from doing it any earlier). I'm watching what I eat keeping it to 1700 call daily I just don't understand why I keep gaining instead of losing. Is there something wrong? I'm so sad this is happening
