I have a laser comb that I used on my thinning hair. After having SMP should I not use this device any more?

Being that lasers are used to remove smp, are the lasers in the comb strong enough to damage smp?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Concealers can be applied sooner but check with your doctor.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   Minoxidil or other hair products should be avoided until your scalp has fully healed.

Scalp MicroPigmentation is not a substitute for hair as it is in essence a tattoo. SMP can give your scalp the look of even fullness but as you grow out your hair you may notice a mismatch.

Scalp MicroPigmentation pigments that contain iron oxide will likely turn green or blue as the iron oxidizes over time.Pigments that contain iron oxide look great at first but it looks worse over time.

FUE will not affect SMP.  If you are considering FUE and SMP it is best to speak to a doctor who specialize in both.
