I have a lot of excess skin in the abdominal area as a result of the weight in the belly I gained due to Cushing's disease. I carried the weight of a full term pregnant woman for at least 3 years before finally being diagnosed so that the tumor on my Pituitary gland could be removed by a Craniotomy. The Cushing's was controlled and I lost all the weight I gained from it but am left with a lot of hanging flesh . Do you think insurance would cover under these circumstances?

Compression therapy underneath a body garment may be a possible evacuation of the hematoma / seroma. You may need your board certified plastic surgeon to physically remove the seroma/hematoma via syringe extraction. I recommend you see your surgeon as soon as possible.
