I took benadryl, arnica, also applied arnicare gel. I am using ice packs as well. What should I do?

i had a rediesse injection today , it was pretty good for one hour after the injection. but later it start swelling like crazy . my face looks like fat chipmunk face with extensive swelling , i am not much worried about bruising . but swelling is bothering me i have been sitting in my room so embarrassed and cant even go anywhwere . i am scared that i wont be able to go to work on monday. feeling very depressed i hope i wont end up having this swelled face for my life. pleaseeeee help!!!
