Picosure vs aerolase for PIH - Which one gives faster /better results? (photos)

Hi I have done a number of Co2 laser sessions and I got PIH . My doctor uses topical creams along with aerolase laser. Is this laser better than picosure laser for this problem ? Which one gives faster /better results ? Thank you
