Planning to get picosure after hifu and nose fillers, but not sure if its a good idea. I just want my skin to look nicer due to acne marks (red pimple spots), small acne and oiliness.

PicoSure flat handpiece would be effective for these types of scarring/hyperpigmentation. A series of 3 treatments spaced one month apart is what I would suggest. In addition, wearing sunscreen and keeping the scars out of the sun would be beneficial to your treatment.
