I assume you mean with the FOCUS. I find this a very difficult treatment to do, and I personally perform these treatments myself. I use a 6 mm spot 0.71 and either dwell or cross hatch, depending on the melanin ping. Yes, if your aesthetician has more experience than a specialist, with all respects, it can be done.
