How much weight do you normally lose after BBL?

Great question.  Brazilian buttock lift aka  BBL or buttock fat transfer is more about redistribution of fat and changing body proportions than weight loss.  Even if a lot of fat is actually thrown away it will still not result in a lot of actual weight loss.  A liter of fat is only a couple of pounds.  However, if performed properly, you will look thinner and with better proportions, which is what actually matters.All the best,Dr Remus Repta

Liposuction is not a weight loss procedure, but a contouring one. To achieve the best results, and to have the safest surgery, it is best if you reach your goal weight before the procedure(s).
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Hi, thanks for your question. I would suggest that if you want to lose weight, you do it before having your procedure done. Try to be close to your ideal weight leaving some fat for the donor sites. It is not recommended to lose weight after your procedure because your results might fade as well as any other fatty part of your body. Please make sure that you and your surgeon are on the same page.
