How far apart should I schedule a PicoSure Focus facial and injectables?

Thank you for your question. It is possible to have Botox or Dysport done after a PicoSure Treatment. However, I recommend waiting at least 1 week before having any dermal fillers or injectables. Depending on what product you are having injected will determine the appropriate timing. Botox products such as Botox, Xeomin and Dysport can be done at the same visit as your PicoSure treatment without difficulty or concern. However, after having dermal fillers injected, we would have you wait at least 1-2 weeks to allow the product to settle and integrate into your tissue before proceeding with or repeating PicoSure. Remember that PicoSure is typically done as a series of 3 treatments, so having the fillers in between treatment sessions is not a problem. There are very few post-procedure concerns with PicoSure, generally just mild redness that lasts for a few hours to perhaps a day or so, and minimal swelling.

Thanks for your questions.  We normally recommend a series of PicoSure FOCUS treatments.  Our patients only experience redness and swelling for 0 to 4 hours post treatment.  We will do BOTOX injections immediately after a PicoSure treatment.  We advise our patients to avoid filler for 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks post.  Every physician will have their personal preferences.  Best of luck.
