Will I see difference after 1st PicoSure treatment? I have Nevus of Ota in and around my left eye. (Photo)

I had my first treatment of PicoSure 5 days ago. The swelling is almost completely gone and there is just light bruising around the outer edge. However , I see no difference in the pigment color. I know it would take a few sessions to go away completely but should I expect ANY improvement after the first session?

You will need fewer treatment sessions if you use the Picosure laser. However, you will still need quite a few. I think you are going to have an especially hard time removing the white in the tattoo. The Picosure laser is the best laser for tattoo removal.  be patient. david berman md

Thanks for your question, but how much time are you waiting between treatments?  We've been doing PicoSure Laser tattoo removal for 3 and half years.  Patience is the MOST important variable in tattoo removal.  Lasers don't melt the ink away.  It breaks up the ink into smaller particles so you...

Darkening of permanent make up with PicoSure is a possibility and that is why I always perform a test spot to see how the ink will respond.  It will take weeks to months for the color to fade, For now, the only option is to use strong concealer over the lip area and have patience. Good luck...
