Thanks for your question. We've been using the PicoSure FOCUS for almost 3 years doing skin rejuvenation. It works really well on pigment correction all over the body. As a side benefit, it does do some resurfacing and tightening. It probably wouldn't be our "go-to" device to tighten skin on the arms and hands unless there was a pigment issue as well. Depending on your skin type and level of skin laxity, we might suggest several things like Pelleve (bulk RF heating), a series of Fractional 1540nm resurfacing or 1-2 Fractional Co2 treatments. No it will not work. It is excellent for overall skin rejuvenation in Ethnic skin due to melanin and the physics of the laser - 755 alex at pico. PD, but it will NOT tighten the skin on your arms.
