What are my other options or do I have to get a lift? (Photos)

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for breast augmentation. This will give you fullness and projection. The decision to lift or not should be made after an in person evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon. Based on your photos, a donut lift may be sufficient. I hope this helps.

The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Go on other consults. You could have the lollipop lift instead of the side pattern which will reduce the amount of scarring significantly.

Hello! If you want your areolas to be improved you will need a scar around the areolas. Your nipples are above the level of your breast crease so if you are willing to go with a fuller implant you will not need the Wise pattern/anchor scar. You should get sized with implants to see what certain volumes will look like - if you are willing to go with a fuller C, you might be fine with just augmentation, but for nipple areolar reduction you will need scar around areola.

Measurements are needed to be certain, but you might be a candidate for the peri-areolar lift, or the vertical. You do not need the anchor lift.

With many operations, there may compromises based on what priorities. If you want to reduce the areolar diameter, you would need an incision around the areolae. This may limit the implant volume that could be placed. You may or may not benefit from the vertical incision, but if the benefit is small, you may prefer to avoid the scar and accept the results without the additional scarring.

Unfortunately, you would be best served with a lollipop mastopexy along with breast implants. A periareolar approach would not life the areolas enough

You appear to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. The areola can be downsized, but it will require an incision around it. This incision can also be used to place the implant. Visit with a few board certified plastic surgeon near you for consultations to hear more about your options. A lollipop lift may be right for you.
