I'm sorry to hear you are not happy w/ your results. I would consider tummy tuck surgery at this point. That excess skin and areas of irregularity would likely be physically removed. Recovery for this procedure is more than with the liposuction alone, but it has gotten better over the years ...

Thank you for asking about your liposuction result.Lumps and hardness are normal after liposuction and are caused by swelling. You will see lots of improvement in the next month but won't see your final result for a full six months after surgery. Always see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon....
