Erythema ab liporaspiration after Liposuction (Photo)

I am about 7 months post lipo and after doing some research I believe I have Erythema Ab Liporaspiration. I know this has been asked before but I did not find any recent posts. Are there are new procedures to treat this? Also I had my lipo done across the country and can not see the same Doctor. Would I go to a Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist? Photos are attached and thank you in advance for your advice.

Hello, Thanks for sharing your query. Pain ,bruising and swelling are common after liposuction and usually peak between 2-4 days when the tumescent action wears off. You will see improvement in all symptoms over weeks. Consult your operating surgeon regarding pain medications.

Unfortunately medi-cal does not cover cosmetic procedures, but based on your picture you seem to be a good candidate for a full tummy tuck for a nice flat abdomen, always see a board certified PS best of luck.
