I am very familiar with multiple myeloma as a member of my immediate family was diagnosed with this condition. I also have several patients who have this condition. There is no reason that you should not be able to undergo treatment with Botox but it is always a good idea to pass everything by your hematologist and make sure he or she does not object. There is no reason, that I know of or can think of, why you should have any more risk than anyone else. You might feel better when you look more relaxed and rested.
There is no restrictions on people with cancer and Botox. People with neurologic disease, MS, ALS, can be affected more severely by Botox and probably shouldn't get Botox.
