I had breast augmentation less than 2 weeks ago. I think I pulled something while walking my dog. What should I do?

My dog was trying to attack another dog and pulled on the leash. I had to let go because I was afraid to be injured. I had transaxillary BA less than 2 weeks ago. There's a tight burning sensation above the implants and in the center between them. What could potentially happen?

The pull on the leash flexed your pectoralis muscle. The tension on the muscle most likly released some of the surrounding muscle  fibers,  leading to the soreness. If there is no bruising you should be fine, and the burning should resolve. However if the burning persist, you may need some medication to help with it. You may have caused a problem with a sudden jerking motion. Best to review with your surgeon in person.
