I hate how my teeth look. To me, they’re like marshmallows. They’re long and don’t flatter my face. I’m supposed to be ecstatic about them but I barely want to look at them. I consulted with my dentist and she told me it’d be full price to do it over again, and any adjustments like thinning or shortening could fracture the crown. Do I try to find another cosmetic dentist that’ll redo them at a reasonable price? I can’t imagine keeping these for the full 10 to 15 years.

Good morning. From the xrays you provided, it certainly appears likely that the tooth will need a root canal. It is also likely that after all the decay is removed and the nerve treated, a crown will be your best long term option.
