I had a crown on my upper molar . The tooth below it has a filling. The crown was filed twice to reduce high spot. Now the front teeth on tge other side are touching. And while eating the crown and the tooth below cant slide properly, I have to consciously force it to slide. Shoukd I get the crown reduced further? I fear this will make more teeth touch on opposiye side as crown will be too small. Is it high spot or maybe just crown needs smoothening?
