Renuva or Sculptra - which is best for treating patients with mild breast implant rippling?

Would Renuva or Sculptra be more beneficial for mild breast implant rippling in patients that have had subfacial breast augmentation with high profile silicone implants? Specifically for thinner patients.

Renuva is an optimal treatment for camouflaging breast implant rippling, because the end result is that you'll have your very own fat cells precisely where you want them. 
Sculptra is made from ground up suture material, which is then injected to create tiny wounds in a grid-like pattern. This causes the body to stimulate collagen to heal the wounds. Think of it as microscopic internal scars, that are surrounded by collagen. This is what causes the overall plumping appearance months after Sculptra is injected, as the end result takes time while the collagen is building. Sculptra lasts between 2 - 5 years.
Renuva is a highly processed adipose material that contains no live cells or DNA. It's essentially only growth factors, proteins and collagens that the body utilizes to build its own fat cells. 
Once injected, Renuva creates a weblike scaffold, containing building materials that are utilized by the body to create fat cells.
Over the course of 3 - 6 months post injection, your body will make its own fat inside the Renuva web. The end result is simply made up of your own fat cells. So the feeling and look is truly natural, because the only thing that's covering your implants is your own fat cells.
Renuva lasts about 10 years, or more. It's a bit more expensive than Sculptra, but the end result is ideal and it lasts longer. It's best to have Renuva done as part of a treatment plan (2 - 3 treatments), to slowly build towards completely camouflaging the implant rippling, as there is no reversal agent for Renuva and your doctor needs to see how well your body will grow its own fat where the Renuva was injected, This helps your doctor and you determine how much Renuva you'll need for any subsequent treatments. 
Renuva is also perfect for thin patients, as they don't have any body fat to liposuction for fat grafting. Fat grafting is a great solution too, but it requires liposuction to harvest fat from your body to transfer to another area in your body, and you'd have to undergo surgery for the procedure.
