Right eye always inflamed and puffy one year post lower blepharoplasty. What is this and how can it be fixed? (Photo)

In january 2025, i had lower blepharoplasty done to both of my eyes by a bery well known surgeon in Beverly hills, CA. I am exte dissatisfied by the procedure and the surgeon but beyond that, im now noticing this area under my right eye area that is always inflamed and puffy. In indirect lighting, the area is exacerbated. What is this and how can it be corrected?!
