Is subcision without fillers or TCA peel most effective for me? (Photos)

Unfortunately, it is not an either-or scenario. Each procedure has its own specific purposes. Subcsion would be a relatively inexpensive, safe and effective method for elevating and smoothing indented boxcar and rolling scars. It would not be appropriate for ice pick scars and dilated pores. For the latter, TCA CROSS (90-100% concentrations inserted only down the shafts of the ice pick scars) would be the treatment of choice. Finally, if you were referring to a TCA peel (usually performed in 25-35% concentrations and applied uniformly over the entire surface of the face), this would be helpful for improving the general superficial texture and color of the skin, but would likely do little for deeper scars and any kind. You would be wise to consult with a board certified dermatologist to discuss your options.
