Regards,Liquid silicone is unsafe, please do not use it ever. The autoimmune response could be triggered by this substance, if you look around on the Internet, you will find patients that have a lot of problems with this product. The inical medical use was only for retine problems. Any type of silicone injections are very dangerous for your body. It doesn´t matter if it is dense or less dense, if it has more weight or less molecular weight, if you recognized the brand or not, the problem is that the immune system reacts against them and produces inflammations and degeneration of the tissues, then the recommendation is not to inject it never. If you search in the Internet you will find positive comments, but also search negative comments from people who had complications with this product, because the reactions can ocur 60 years after its application. The Biopolymers cause a severe inflammatory reaction, known as Iatrogenic Allogenosis and Autoimmune Syndrome (A.S.I.A. Syndrome), then the use of any substance that is permanent is not advised, it also could migrate at the inicial injection suddenly, via retrograde arterial flow, at blood stream to organs and even to the lungs; that would be a catastrofic event. In our plastic surgery center, I developed the technique of resection of biopolymers in face, lips, buttocks and lower back through video endoscopy, a surgery performed with minnimal incissions to treat patients with permanent deformities, secundary to biopolymers injections. You have to be checked by a specialist to know if it has affected the tissues or ir it caused you damage to the organism. Please remember to be aware, do not let any permanenrt filler to be injected into your face, breast, buttocks, calfs, genitalia, etc. The safest way to increase buttocks is through your own fat injections or through silicone implants.I hope the information was usefull, have a nice day! Silicone biopolymers can cause severe longterm complications including inflammation and nodule formulation. Although results are longer-lasting that Juvederm or Restylane, long-acting fillers should be avoided. Bellafill and Artefill are known to cause granulomas and permanent nodules with s...
Because of your concerns, I recommend having your doctor order a test of your breast milk. It's better to have the peace of mind that it's healthy for you to breastfeed your baby. That said, do try not to worry too much: It's unlikely that the silicone injected 5 years ago (some of which appears...
The key to your problem is to remove as much of the silicone as possible. I would suggest surgical removal as demonstrated in my video. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
