I would not recommend doing that at home. It should first be evaluated by a board - certified dermatologist to make sure it is benign and they can discuss options with you. This is a cosmetically important area and I would not want you to generate scarring. There is no "mole removal cream" that is approved by the FDA so you have to be extra careful.
Hi DearPlease don't use any cream in that area. You need a specialist to take care of thisthank youRamtin Massoudi, MD

It's difficult to tell from your picture. This may be a reaction to the bandaid. I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist. I also recommend Silagen + Bioshield to promote healing. Best, Dr. Emer
It's hard to tell what type of mole it is without seeing it in person. I would recommend going to see a doctor and having it removed if it concerns you. A biopsy will be done to make sure that it is not cancerous.
This is typical. This can be removed with laser, radiowave or shave. I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
If the mole of the side of your lip is raised, it is possible that it could be shaved off to remove it. If the mole is flat, then it would need to be excised. In either case, the resulting scar would normally be less noticeable than the mole.
