Dr. Vega stays on top of all of the latest in the world of aesthetic injections. She is very active on social media showing her patients options and teaching about choices and proper application. She is kind and happy to help and is so lovely to visit. This review was created as part of a nomination to the RealSelf I Love My Injector Campaign.
She does amazing face and lip transformations with injections. Also, she is very involved with her patients and that is the best quality of a doctor patient relationship. This review was created as part of a nomination to the RealSelf I Love My Injector Campaign.

Dr. Vega is an exceptional dermatologist. She was gifted with the ability of making me (& lots of my friends) look younger and prettier without changing my look. No one ever asks me if I went to see a derm, they simply ask me if I just came back from vacation or where's the fountain of youth I've been drinking from... lol!! It's true!! Hands down Ah-mazingThis review was created as part of a nomination to the RealSelf I Love My Injector Campaign.
While I was living in Virginia, I somehow stumbled upon Dr. Vega's Instagram page. I was so impressed by her work and her positive energy that I started following her. As fate would have it, I recently moved to Miami for graduate school and I knew I HAD to make an appointment with her. The entire experience was out of this world. The office is beautiful and feels more like a spa than an actual office. When I met with Dr. Vega, I felt like I had known her for years. She sat down and took the time to listen to all of my concerns and came up with a treatment plan for each of them. We ended up doing botox, IPL, and I purchased a skincare regimen as well. I was a little intimidated by IPL, but she talked me through it the whole time and it was completely painless and actually enjoyable. I think what sets Dr. Vega apart from other providers (besides her expertise and amazing talent) is that she really empowers women to let their natural beauty shine. She doesn't try to transform you into someone else. She helps you become the best version of yourself. This review was created as part of a nomination to the RealSelf I Love My Injector Campaign.
Always a natural result. Dr. Vega always makes the process painless and I always feel like I'm going to the spa rather than a medical office. I recommend her to anyone in their 20's, 30's and 40's who wants to get "tweakments" to look how they feel inside! This review was created as part of a nomination to the RealSelf I Love My Injector Campaign.

I found my way to Dr Vega via Instagram. I really like how she posts about healthy skin, tips to follow, etc. I did my research on her practice and there were great reviews. I went to see her for hyper-pigmentation on my face and acne scars. She took her time to answer all my questions and asked me if I had other concerns. That alone impressed me, as many times I feel like doctors try to rush you out, but thankfully, I had the opposite experience with Dr Vega. I felt she genuinely understood the issue I went in for and gave me a plan I was very comfortable with. I also appreciated that she didn’t immediately suggest a more invasive plan, but rather took her time to explain my options. The hyper-pigmentation is something I’ve been struggling with the past couple of years and I feel that I finally found a doctor that knows how to treat me and has options depending on how I progress. It’s been about a month since I saw Dr Vega and I’m starting to see positive results. It’s obvious she really loves what she does, as it’s evident in the way she treats her patients and the information she shares with us on social media. The office and staff are impeccable and very friendly and informative. Wonderful 5 Star experience.
I have Bells Palsy and came to Dr Vega for correction of the asymmetry in my face. Dr Vega was very precise (down to the millimeter) in correcting my brows. It looked amazing! She is a true artist and a protectionist. She was very compassionate and caring in her approach to my treatment. Thank God for Doctors like her!
Just in case you have been living under a rock, social media has taken over— The very first thing I do when booking cosmetic procedures or otherwise is look for actual results online. @DrJanelleVega is very knowledgeable, responsive and sets realistic expectations. She uses her platform for prevention and education. Seeing her as a patient she listens and molds each treatment to you. She discused options available & costs. She treated me for Botox in my masseter muscle and also for lip injections. It has been a little over two weeks and I am in love with the results. Doctor appointments are not only measured by the actual time spent with the Dr., it can make or break with scheduling, registration, wait times, cleanliness, etc. Mayoral dermatology are 5 stars all around. They responded to every email of mine timely and thoroughly. The medical staff met every need (pretreatment, cafecito, aftercare) beginning to end!
Congratulations! As tempting as it may be it is not approved for use during pregnancy and there are no studies deeming this to be safe. I would absolutely not have this done. Good luck!
You may benefit from a treatment to improve the fine skin around the eye such as a radio frequency treatment as well as dermal fillers under the eye to soften up the creases. Botox may not necessarily resolve your issue but will help the fine lines around the eye.!
I would not recommend doing that at home. It should first be evaluated by a board - certified dermatologist to make sure it is benign and they can discuss options with you. This is a cosmetically important area and I would not want you to generate scarring. There is no "mole removal cream" that is approved by the FDA so you have to be extra careful.
Hi, it looks as though you have what we call hypopigmentation after the treatment. Strict sun protection is extremely important. I would also speak to your provider about giving you a cream to help even out the skin. Make sure you contact the provider or go to a dermatologist to deal with the hypopigmentation soon.
