i had a mole removed 6 month ago and it was my third time getting it removed by Co2 laser because it was coming back and was still raised now i cant really see the mole anymore but its still a little dark and red in the area and not totally flat should i do the laser again will it become flat?

I'm sorry to hear that you have persistent erythema (redness) of the skin following mole removal by laser ablation. Typical intra-dermal naevus or mole is a raised lesion as opposed to a flat freckle.
In my experience moles are best removed using radio-frequency ablation or cauterisation...
It's difficult to tell from your picture. This may be a reaction to the bandaid. I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist. I also recommend Silagen + Bioshield to promote healing. Best, Dr. Emer
It's hard to tell what type of mole it is without seeing it in person. I would recommend going to see a doctor and having it removed if it concerns you. A biopsy will be done to make sure that it is not cancerous.
