Hello, I am sorry you have silicone in your nose and that now you are having problems with the silicone on your nose. Also, I am sorry that your silicone nose is not straight. From your single nose picture, it appears that you have a silicone nasal implant that has fallen to the side. I would suggest surgical revision. You have several options. 1) Keep the same implant and re-center the silicone nasal implant. This is difficult, but can be done. 2) Change the silicone nasal implant to a slightly larger one to fill the nasal pocket. This is what i would suggest. 3) Get rid of ALL silicone in your nose and remove the silicone nasal implant. To reconstruct the nose, I would suggest a rib cartilage graft. The rib graft is permanent and since it is your own tissue, your body will not reject it. Since removing silicone is a big procedure, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in removing silicone. Do your research. Make sure they have performed many silicone removal surgeries and have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. If you cannot find an experienced, silicone removal surgeon in your neighborhood, consider traveling out of state if you must. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen.
