How to lighten dark groin and inner thigh? (photo)

I have a dark groin and inner thigh since high school. I think it has something to do with tight underwear and bottoms that I have been using. What treatment should I do?

This could be carp, fungal infection or simple hyperpigmenation, autoimmune etc I would suggest you consult with a dermatologist for a visit and biopsy. proper skincare can help and sunprotection (see link to emeragecosmetics.com and start heliocare as well)  Best, Dr. Emer.

It would be better to peel with cosmealn or enlighten  (see link to emeragecosmetics.com you can do free skincare consult as well) on the rest of your face and used lightening skincare, you can get spray tans to even out the color.   darkening your skin is unsafe. Best, Dr. emer.

Cosmelan and enlighten peels should be used then vivatia foam, reveskin fortified bleaching cream, phytoplus and reve skin acne purifying enhancer.  I suggest you see an expert.  In office, aerolase and clear and brilliant can be used. Best, Dr. Emer.
