Can I use Porcelana face lightening cream on my bikini area?

I had bought this face lightening cream called Porcelana and I was searching everywhere to see if it could possibly work and I couldn’t find anything. If it doesn’t work can you suggest any home remedies or creams you suggest?

It's difficult you said without knowing the history and examination what is the pigmentation. In case, it is melasma, it should respond. However if it is a birth mark like Nevis, there is no role of melacare. So please consult a dermatologist before you do any self treatment.
