Gore-Tex rhinoplasty: big implant, feeling pressure and pain on the dorsum, is this an issue?

eartheinj
Rhinoplasty done 8 mos. ago, feeling an annoying pressure (dorsal part) my implant is thicker on the right side of my implant sometimes it's painful. My surgeon told me to get used to the feeling. He does some manual pressing to it, he then prescribed me antibiotics, I can still feel pressure and pain at times, sometimes I don't feel anything. My surgeon said that if it is so bothering he can have it removed and shaved. I am scared, I don't want another procedure again.
