I have this tattoo at the underside of my left wrist and want it removed. My only main concern is if laser treatment would affect my fine motor functions such as dexterity, etc. I am a musician and so it really is a concern for me if this would happen. I read some articles and it said that some rare complications that may arise would be "damage to underlying structure"

There is a lot of hype behind the Picosure. Unfortunately, it is not the right wavelength for black ink, the most popular color of ink used. You need a 1064 nano and picosecond laser such as the Enlighten, Picoway, or Piqo4. I prefer the Piqo4 because it has the highest power.
