I have large pores around the nose area/upper cheeks, one very small and shallow pox scar and mild PIH. I already had 3 sessions of rf microneedling last year and saw some improvement but I'm not satisfied. So I'm thinking of getting fractional co2 laser but the only ones available here are smaxel, fraxel and just fractional co2 laser (not sure if this is like a generic machine but some clinics I've asked don't seem to know the machine name). Can anyone tell me the difference between them please?
