Why does my stomach has dark spots 2weeks post op? (lipo/fat transfer bbl) (Photo)

I had lipo 2 weeks ago and over 5 years ago I had smart lipo and I didn't really get any results from it. Well yesterday I took off my garmet (that I have been wearing extra padding under it per my post op directions) and the spot where the pad was placed I'm noticing that the area is turning dark! My stomach looks darker in color than any other area on my stomach- I'm getting massages also but I haven't had one in a few days- is my stomach gonna look dark like this after my swelling goes down?
