Male, 7 months post op from areola reduction surgery. My left areola, as seen in photo, is now oblong, leading me to think stretching of some sort occurred due to the type of suture performed. It appears to be raised as well. Would a revision with permanent sutures in this instance be appropriate? Also, right areola has brown pigmentation around the white incision scar. Is this due to left over pigmentation? Is micro needling advisable to make it go away? Thanks in advance.
