Even though your surgeon estimated it would take about five hours, these types of surgeries often require more time when done together. Prolonged surgical time increases risks, including complications with anesthesia, wound healing, and blood clots. Additionally, combining too many procedures can lead to a prolonged and more challenging recovery, making it harder to focus on healing specific areas effectively.

I recommend breaking these surgeries into two stages:

First Stage: Start with your breast lift with mesh and implants combined with either the back lift or arm lift. These procedures focus on the upper body and allow you to heal thoroughly in this area before addressing the lower body.

Second Stage: Once fully healed, address your lower body revision with skin removal and liposuction. This area requires precise surgical work, and separating it ensures the best aesthetic and functional outcome.

Hello; Back lift can be performed at the same time; as breast lift with prosthesis. However, realizing for both of them in a together way with thigh and arm liposuction; will greatly extend the duration and increase the possibility of complications.

It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

Combining procedures is common and considered safe, but there is a limit. Based on the number of procedures you are considering you may be better off breaking the procedures into two stages. This is both for your safety and to give your surgeon the opportunity to optimize your results.
