Is it possible to get pregnant right after a breast reduction surgery?

Yes you could be pregnant! Get a pregnancy test.
It is best to avoid anesthesia while pregnant and plastic surgery patients should avoid the possibility of concurrent pregnancy through abstinence or birth control measures.  

Congratulations on having undergone the breast reduction procedure.  It is very common for menstrual cycles to be altered around the time of surgery. As you know, pregnancy is also a common occurrence. In other words, it could be either. Time to undergo a pregnancy test. Best wishes.

Two points-surgery and anesthesia can mess up your menstrual cycles. Yes, you could certainly be pregnant, given the unprotected intercourse. Buy a pregnancy test kit or see your gynecologist.  If the unprotected sex could have been preop, given the meds that went into your system, a serious discussion would be in order.
