Lip lift revision for large, depressed scar and nasal pull / distortion

Question

I've had a botched lip lift that left me with a large depressed scar and nasal pull/ distortion. The procedure was approximately 4 years ago. Seeking revision. I've also had rhinoplasty and am not pleased with those results either. I've been unsuccessful locating a physician that specializes in revision (at least locally), and none willing to take on both corrective lip lift and rhino. Any advice or recommendations are appreciated!

Lip lift results demand precision. We use a HIDEF technique that utilizes lasers, RF, scar modulation, Plato's Scar Serum, fractional treatment, and surgical reexcision to reduce scarring and restore contour to the upper lip.

Thank you for your question. About half of the lip lifts I perform are revisions, either due to excess scarring or not enough lifting. While a lip lift and rhinoplasty can certainly be performed together, given that both would be revisions, it may be best to consider addressing one at a time. All the best in your search!
