I've had a botched lip lift that left me with a large depressed scar and nasal pull/ distortion. The procedure was approximately 4 years ago. Seeking revision. I've also had rhinoplasty and am not pleased with those results either. I've been unsuccessful locating a physician that specializes in revision (at least locally), and none willing to take on both corrective lip lift and rhino. Any advice or recommendations are appreciated!

You would make a great candidate for a lip lift, it will be a big home run with your anatomy! It will make your upper lip appear fuller and harmonize your face as the distance from your nose to upper lip is a little elongated
