I have a couple of keloids on my bikini line from when I was 14 and shaving recklessly and cutting myself all the time. I'm prone to ingrown hairs so I am considering laser hair removal down there somewhere along the line but before I do that I would really like to get rid of my keloids or at least flatten them out. Is this something I should tell my primary care doctor about or should I just go to a obgyn or plastic surgeon or dermatologist?
