I've tried multiple exercises and yoga to naturally reduce my breast size but these methods have made my breasts bigger. I've also maintained a healthy diet along with the exercise but that wasn't effective either. I had lost plenty of weight everywhere on my body EXCEPT for my breasts. I'm not interested in breasts reduction surgeries due to the side effects I may have and the cost. I have back pain due to my breast and I've seen a specialist to help with my posture but that also hasn't helped.

Be reassured that breast reduction is a highly successful and reliable procedure with a very low complication rate in the right hands. I would advise meeting with a plastic surgeon experienced in breast reduction surgery for assessment. Talk through your concerns with them. in a nutshell, no there aren't any pills or supplements that can reduce your breast size. If you've already lost weight then you most likely need to consider a breast reduction surgery. During a consultation your concerns regarding side effects can be discussed. Best of luck.

As far as I know, there are no pills that can cause the breasts to shrink.  If you want a breast reduction you will need to have surgery.

For breast reduction, the only method is surgical if you have already lost weight. Liposuction would result in a limited reduction but may not produce an aesthetically acceptable breast, depending on skin laxity and other factors.

Unfortunately, a breast size that is "stubbornly" resistant to exercise and diet means only one thing--the culprit is the excess tissue, which can only be removed by breast reduction surgery and thus no amount of non-surgical treatments can give you relief. However, a small subset of patients with enlarged breasts may qualify for liposuction as a way to reduce their breast size. Instead of long incisions, it only uses a few round incisions to remove the excess fat.

Nonetheless, I surmise that liposuction can give no or very little improvement given your age, i.e., young women tend to have more breast tissue relative to the amount of breast fat.
