My eyes has a lot of loose skin. Any suggestions?

It is good that you could re create the result by altering the shape of your upper nose. Augmenting the dorsum of the nose can give you a similar result. You need to find the right surgeon. Plastic Surgeons who treat similar eyelid condition in Asian patients would be a good place to start. With surgery around the eyelid, the risk of scarring is not to be taken lightly

There are techniques to remove the skin and improve the appearance. This involves a surgical z plasty or variation. The tear ducts are in that area and it is of critical importance that they are not damaged.

I see what you are asking but I don't believe there is anything to be done to the eyes to achieve your goal; however, I believe you may see improvement through a rhinoplasty to build up the bridge of your nose and augment the nasofrontal angle. This way, the skin fold of the medial portion of the eyes would get pulled tighter.You will need a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon in your area.
