Within the last couple years, my Adam’s apple has begun to bulge! Why? Bad posture? Aging? It’s terribly embarrassing as I am a woman. I’m hiding my neck constantly, even in warm weather. What can I do? Is trachea shave the only option?

10 days is too soon to judge the result. Based on surgeon's technique, whether a drain was used, etc...you will have some post operative swelling. Massaging the area will go a long way to reduce edema/swelling/tethering, etc.Good luck!
