I am 3 1/2 months into my accutane treatment, I take 80mg a day. My first month I took 40mg a day, but I am not 100% positive it is working. My face doesn't dry up, I only have to put chapstick on 1-2 times a day and I am taking the accutane with meals. When I take it, I take it with whatever I have for breakfast and dinner, and I always take a spoonful of peanut butter with it and a fish oil capsule.
