Would 520 cc fit 122 lbs/54kg body frame? (photos)

Question

I'm currently 19 years and want a BA. I'm roughly a size 8-10 Aus. Anyway I wanted to find out if 520 could/would just fit me? I really want bigger/fuller breasts, as mine have no volume and saggy

520cc implants will look like
very large, saggy breasts on your frame and in the skin envelopes of your
breast.  This size breast is not
proportionate with your body size, therefore will result in a chest that does
not look natural.  Your nipples tend to
point downward, as well.  A breast implant
will not change the position of your nipple, in terms of the direction that
they point.  Having less volume, but with
a breast lift, would probably be a better alternative for your situation.

You are definitely a candidate for a Breast Lift. Do your research and find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in breast surgery.  Honestly placing implants in your breasts, without a lift would not give you the optimal result.All the best to you.

I am afraid you have a wrong, though very popular, focus about your 
breast implants, you think in terms of weight and/or volume, when this 
is absolutely irrelevant; the ONLY relevant parameter of implant sizing 
is the THREE space dimensions of the object chosen to fit in your new 
breast build.Secondly, you did not address or comment your ptosis or low position of breasts; if you don't want a breast uplift you must accept very very low and large breasts, and this might not be pleasant for you.I'd definitely consult a good plastic surgeon nearby do discuss options.

I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss what size and shape of implant that would fit you best. You do appear to need a lift, and also appear to have a narrow base to your breasts. Very wide implants might not be the best choice for you. The best size for you should fit your body, and your tissue should be able to support the weight of the implant.

Thank you for the question and pictures.   Based on your photographs, you should have a very nice outcome with breast augmentation/lifting surgery. Breast augmentation surgery alone will not suffice. Unfortunately, in regards to specific size/profile of breast implant, despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with  meaningful specific advice.   In other words, careful measurements, dimensional planning, and careful communication will be key.  Generally speaking, patients undergoing this combination operation should understand that it is significantly more complex than   breast augmentation surgery only and that it is associated with a significantly higher risk of complications and need for additional surgery.
 Also, generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering  breast augmentation/lifting surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully.  Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.  
2.  Again, have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining which operation and/or breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
 Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup  size may also be inaccurate.  The use of computer imaging may be very helpful during this communication phase.
3.  Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly,  allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals.  Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.  The use of temporary intraoperative sizers with the patient in the upright position makes selection of the best breast implant size/profile relatively easy.

The best way to find out if a particular size of breast implant will fit you is by physical examination.  Your surgeon will measure your base width and then usually pick implants with a diameter that correlates with that base width.  Based on the pictures you are showing, it appears that you will probably also need a lift to achieve the projection, cleavage, and shape that you desire.  Hope this helps!

Many thanks for the question.Looking at pictures only I can say breast lift will have to be combined with implant.You are fairly close when you say 520cc.The first picture in red bra will be closer to your desire with 520 cc the second picture perhaps need 600 or 650cc implant .This is not a clinical advise which only a plastic surgeon can give you after clinical examination.Wish you all the bestAshok govilaDubai
