Question

Hello I would like to permanent relax my brows permanently They will stay in the same position where when I get Botox in my forehead and I can't lift my brows and they stay in a relaxed position. I don't like the way my face looks when I lift my brows. Can surgery be done to prevent my brows from lifting when I make facial expressions? I really don't like the way I look when I lift my brow. Can this be done without permanently without causing any problems thank you?

Thank you for your question and photo. Though you are looking for a permanent way to prevent your brow from lifting while making facial expressions, a neuromodulator treatment is likely the best option for you. 
Neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport can relax an overactive muscle that causes undesired facial movements. The results from either formula generally last for 3-4 months. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector who can suggest the best treatment option to address your concern.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately repeat neuromodulator injection is the only way to achieve a lack of brow movement. There is a nerve that allows the brow to lift which could be be cut, but this would cause the brow to drop in addition to stopping movement. Hope this helps, and all the best.

Very likely that, in your age, temporary paralysis of  frontalis muscle (which lifts brow) with Botox, is the beast option. Position of brows will change in time and, for that reason, you should not seek permanent solution this early in your life. Hope this helps.
