Thank you for your question. Unfortunately repeat neuromodulator injection is the only way to achieve a lack of brow movement. Very likely that, in your age, temporary paralysis of frontalis muscle (which lifts brow) with Botox, is the beast option. Position of brows will change in time and, for that reason, you should not seek permanent solution this early in your life. Hope this helps.
