20 - Best options to fix small eyes? (Photos)

I’m a 20 year old woman, and since I was born I’ve had very lifeless dull and small eyes. My eyelid fat also makes my eyes look more droopy and tired I don’t have much eyelid space at all and I have deep set eyes. I want to find a way to get rid of my upper eyelid fat, elongate my eyes a bit and find a solution for my deep set eyes. Also I’d like to add that my eyes are very masculine and I’d like to change that.
