Ultherapy, thermage, neck tite or airsculpt?
Answer: Ultherapy for jowls and neck How does Ultherapy work? Using MicroFocused Ultrasound with Visualisation (“MFU-V”), the Ulthera device delivers ultrasound energy to the deeper layers of skin to generate focal areas of heating known as Thermal Coagulation Points. Collagen rich layers of the skin- such as the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (“SMAS”) and deep dermis are targeted. The treatment causes existing collagen to contract and triggers new collagen production- as evidenced by immediate skin tightening that further improves over the next 2-3 months. Using the patented DeepSEE® technology, the Ulthera system provides real-time ultrasound visualization of the skin down to 8mm, allowing practitioners to deliver the treatment at the optimal tissue depth and avoid injuring structures such as blood vessels or bone.

Answer: Morpheus8 and ultherapy can both help reduce appearance of saggy skin, fine lines, and wrinkles Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Best non surgical tools to rejuvenate neck Thank you for your photos. You have beautiful skin but your lower 1/3 of the face needs a little boosting and support. My approach would be a combination of derma fillers to smile lines, lips, chin and mouth corners. Bio simulators like Radiesse to jaw line and angles of the jaw line to restore definition. It will provide some lift to the skin that is collecting under your chin and will enhance the bone remodeling. The neck area could benefit from combination therapy of Fraxel + RF microneedling + exosomes.Micro botox for the neck lift would be a beautiful addition. You will only be happy of you agree to combination approach. The other possibility is Ellacor for neck .Hope this helps. Have a beautiful dayBest, Dr.Anna Avaliani, NYC

Answer: The Best NonSurgical Treatment for Your Neck? A Vacation My advice to al patients seeking rejuvenation of the lower face and neck is surgical rejuvenation. Granted, it's surgery and I am a Facial Plastic Surgeon, but the non-surgiccal devices do not provide the necessary level of change for most patients to feel satified with the amount of money they spend. I describe it as a price to result mismatch. So, if choosing between nonsurgical and surgical and you really don't wan to have surgery right now, take that money and have a nice vacation! Safe travels!!
