I am a 26 year old and I'm looking for a non surgical cheek lift but I don't want to add fillers to my face , I feel like a cheek lift would make my face appear more feminine and will make my smile lines less pronounced , will ultherapy work or it wouldn't give a noticeable change to my cheeks?
Answer: Ultherapy is a non-surgical option to help lift and tighten the skin Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Facial Contouring with Fillers (Juvederm Voluma, Vollure, Volbella, Radiesse, Bellafil), Sculptra, Fat Grafting, Implants Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Ultherapy at 26? Although at 26, I doubt that you have indications for any "lifting" procedure, I would be careful with Ultherapy. My experience has shown it be be painful, and very expensive for the relative lack of aesthetic results it produces. In fact, for those that have had it, unusual deeper scar tissue is often found when a patient actually does have a facelift; this complicates the facelift. You should consult with a Facial Plastic Surgeon for deeper consideration of your concerns

Answer: Ultherapy for lifting How does Ultherapy work? Using MicroFocused Ultrasound with Visualisation (“MFU-V”), the Ulthera device delivers ultrasound energy to the deeper layers of skin to generate focal areas of heating known as Thermal Coagulation Points. Collagen rich layers of the skin- such as the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (“SMAS”) and deep dermis are targeted. The treatment causes existing collagen to contract and triggers new collagen production- as evidenced by immediate skin tightening that further improves over the next 2-3 months. Using the patented DeepSEE® technology, the Ulthera system provides real-time ultrasound visualization of the skin down to 8mm, allowing practitioners to deliver the treatment at the optimal tissue depth and avoid injuring structures such as blood vessels or bone.
