You didn't mention what condition the PicoSure treatment was used for, but in general, once your skin is completely healed (looks and feels back to normal) after the PicoSure procedure,there should be no problem with using the Fraxel laser.

Fraxel doesnt hurt hair or cause hair to grow.  There is nothing to worry about with Fraxel treatment with regards to hair.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The normal amount people use is 6-8 passes.  I am unsure what you know of as "one pass" and I think you should discuss this with your physician.  Best, Dr. Emer.
